National Hurricane Center forecasters say Hurricane Kyle has formed in the Atlantic Ocean and it's expected to pass near eastern New England.

Tropical Storm Kyle is rumbling over the open Atlantic southwest of Bermuda and could become a hurricane far out to sea as it heads north.
