Almost two dozen people who lost their cars in the Memorial Day flood in Ellicott City will receive money to help replace their vehicles.
Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman will join representatives from Heritage Toyota in Catonsville for the ceremony Monday.
21 people will receive $50,000 total.
When the 2016 flood happened, this effort helped 43 people with financial assistance.
